How do I create an account?

1) Go to “My Account” link at the top right side of our site. 2) Fill in your details. 3) Click Submit.

How do I edit my account information?

After login, go to “My Account” link at the top right side of our site to edit your account information.

Can I do self-collection?

Yes, please contact us in advance so that we have sufficient time to prepare your order before collection. You can notify us when placing your order through the phone.

Self-collection is available at:

8am to 5pm (Mondays to Friday)
8am to 12pm (Saturday).

Below Login section click “Lost your password?” link.
Enter your username or email address to retrieve your password.

Placing Order

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

You will receive an auto-response email after ordering, showing that our system has captured your order. A staff will be contacting you within 2 working days to schedule the delivery.

How long do I have to wait for order to arrive?

We strive for orders to be delivered within 2 working days.

Which days do you deliver?

We deliver Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm, excluding weekend & public holidays.

How do I cancel my order?

All cancelation has to be done at least 24hrs before delivery. Please call us at 6749 9988 or email us at order@alh.com.sg.
